| Frozen Fish - Pacific mackerel |
This is the whole fish as it comes out of the sea. Removing the head and gut is the easiest way to prepare this fish. If you wish to fillet it then take one cut with a sharp knife from the back of the pectoral fin down and along the spine finishing at the tail. Trim the belly bones and if you're really fussy tweeze out the pin bones that run from the neck to the middle of the fillet. Here we offer 1kg, about 2-3 fish. If no fresh is available we will send frozen.
